ComfyUI 新插件 Fast Node Refresh：LoRA 与 checkpoint 列表实时同步，免重载不再卡顿
Fast Node Refresh mod keeps your lora and checkpoint list synced with the filesystem as it changes and only sends deltas, meaning you can add and remove loras, etc from comfy without hitting reload and (if you're like me and run with a lot of loras and tabs) wait while Comfy freezes up for 30s+.
